Just met with David Flores over cake (birthday, handmade) and coffee (zeke's in a french press). Talked about the various polychlorinated and polyaromatic hydrocarbons. Had a conference call with my wood guy, Jeremy, out in Forest Hill. He is the goto guy up Belair in the region of "Deer Creek" not joking, the farmer's there all call him when they have a tree on the ground. He has quartersawn sycamore and another load of cherry and walnut almost ready. Persimmon almost gone. Trying to get him to saw studs out of Pawlonia, but he seems reticent.
As Dave was departing, I mentioned my pamphlet series I want to make, by the "Baltimore Department of the Invaded", Dave, a bio-communicator, wants to collaborate so it looks like it's gonna happen. We have to do a full species survey, but I think it's gonna be Mulberry, Pawlonia, Japanese Knotweed, etc, about the benefits of using these invasive species, what they can be used for, etc. See my Facebook post:
Mulberry Shirt Party.
